As a detail-oriented and compassionate medical professional, I have accumulated more than five years of experience as a Medical Officer in Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics and Neonatal ICU. Two years in Pediatrics and Neonatal ICU, two years as a first-contact care provider in the ETU and OPD, and two years in an Emergency Department of a higher-level care centre. I am skilled in the rapid assessment and stabilisation of critically ill or injured patients, including neonates, children, and elderly. I have excellent communication skills, and completed various CPD activities, including ACLS, APLS and ITLS. My diverse skill set and dedication make me an asset in any emergency department setting.Furthermore, I have passed the AMC Part 1 and Pearson English Test(PTE).I am proficient in English, Tamil and Sinhalese languages.
