Current01. Providing customer technical support incidents and resolving client (Survey Department, NWSDB, LECO, Department of Meteorology, CEB, Hutchison Telecommunication Lanka, etc.) issues in their enterprise-level GIS applications.02. Carrying out technical implementation and mastering the Esri products | ArcGIS platform.03. Incident logging and following up Esri Support Salesforce app. with SLA.04. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for the above GIS applications.05. Coordinate with the GIS marketing and sales team to develop new business opportunities and provide relevant presentations and demo models.06. Design and conduct training programs for customers according to the requirements.07. Where possible promote Esri product sales on behalf of the company
