I am a graduate master of Bandung Institute of Technology majoring in Logistics. My latest research focuses on disaster logistics and response in West Java. The aim of my research is to determine the most efficient locations for logistics hubs using advanced methods such as Voronoi diagrams and the K-Means clustering algorithm. Beyond identifying optimal hub locations, I also seek to establish patterns for disaster relief packages, including the contents and quantities required for various scenarios. Additionally, I am working on determining the minimum warehouse space needed to support these operations. Furthermore, I aim to develop strategic policy frameworks for managing these disaster logistics centers to enhance their effectiveness during emergencies.The primary focus of my research is to optimize the operation of these logistics hubs to ensure the swift and effective distribution of emergency relief packages within the critical Golden Hour—the first three hours following a disaster, which are crucial for saving lives and reducing harm. By strategically positioning these hubs and refining their operational protocols, I seek to enhance the preparedness and responsiveness of disaster relief efforts, particularly in regions prone to natural disasters.
