▪ Responsible for monitoring and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring network stability, and responding to any incidents or issues that may arise.▪ Deployment of software packages and patches to optimize cybersecurity, performance, and maintain compatibility with evolving technologies, safeguarding against threats while ensuring peak software functionality.▪ Whitelisting & Blacklisting of sites, and Application Enablement via Palo Alto Firewall.▪ Network infrastructure management and monitoring (Routing and Switching).▪ User and desktop profile management on Active Directory.▪ VOiP and Telephony Management using Avaya Site Administration.▪ On-hand & remote troubleshooting of both hardware and software issues.▪ Workstation setup for onsite and work-from-home deployment based on the client/customer’s requirement.
