• Led multifunctional design workshops with key plant executives to transform the operation while using the best practices recommended by Subject Matter Experts and software providers
• Implemented WMS Accellos for Warehouse (150+ FTE) reducing inventory adjustments by $12M in a year

• Senior Director Transformation LATAM, supported LATAM CEO in key transformation initiatives:
• Turned around a Bottomline imaging Accounts Payable project (delayed a year, cost of $250K), deployed solution integrated with AX ERP for additional $40K in 6 months for Shared Service Center in Costa Rica
• Coordinated replacement of management team of manufacturing plant. Three months of planning with corporate teams, 1 day to execute and 3 months supporting management without production downtime
• Improved Inventory control in TDF based on McKinsey Consulting recommendations through 2 initiatives: ♦ Supervised implementation of operational recommendations ♦ Implemented 2 systems helping to reduce Inventory.
• Bill of materials allowing alternative part numbers and engineering changes control

As an Executive Consultant I helped the Telco division of the company to transform a group of CRM resources into a CRM consulting practice. As a result we got some large Siebel projects in Canada and US. I also supported to creation of the SAP Practice by preparing their proposal materials and the strategy to approach clients and partners.

• In this consulting role I worked with large companies in North America to support their IT transformation efforts.One of the key projects was a CRM Siebel implementacion for a large regional US Bank (5 divisions):
• Led Business Analyst team (5 from Capgemini, 5 from the client). We had 20 on site and 30 off shore resources.
• Facilitated requirement gathering sessions, supervised user training and deployment of CRM Siebel for five distinct organizations in the Bank within a year.
• Re-structured design sessions with 40 clients to deliver requirements on time and turn around a project that was suffering and 4 weeks behind schedule when I joined.

Started as a Senior Developer and as recognition of my management style, over the period of a year and a half, was promoted to Team Lead, IT Director and to VP of Technology. My main challenge was to keep up with the aggressive expansion of the company; it grew from 300 to 5,000 employees and from 10 to 200 IT employees in 5 years.
