About Isaac Ramos

I have been in the US Army since Fall of 2014. Since then I have received 6 months of intensive network operations training focused on providing secure VoIP, VTC, and web services to a client base of about 2,000. I was trained to operate and troubleshoot a variety of platforms as part of a mobile network component.After completing my training, I was sent to Korea where I received on the job training on maintaining satellite communications platforms and troubleshooting generators and UPS systems. I was in three joint exercises where I maintained 24/7 operations and provided network services to over 500 clients and supported two remote sites that also provided services to hundreds of clients. I was chosen to represent my team in a major equipment upgrade alongside government employees and was trained on the implementation of VNs and installation of various platforms.
