For the past 18 years I have been building meaningful and trusted relationships within client environments and working with various vendors. The relationships predominantly are established with the C-Level executives in organisations ranging from 50 to 400 employees.Trust is easily established with clients through demonstrated technical knowledge and the ability to discuss the commercials of the solutions. Building relationships and working with partners to create, develop and implement solutions.Sales and presales competencies are completed annually covering endpoint, storage, servers and networking. Completion of these certificates enable me to remain up to date and relevant in today’s rapidly shifting market.In 2017 I made the transition from a technical role to a sales role with the following key responsibilities:• Sales forecasting• Create and deliver technical presentations.• Create and deliver detailed solution proposals.• Create Solution Configuration Builds.• Create Statements of work.I am a major contributor to the development of sales cadence within my current organisation to enable forecasting and resource management. To achieve this, dates for hardware renewals or infrastructure replacements, likely projects are mapped out early to develop educated timeline of projects. The discussion of these timelines assists improving the accuracy of the sales cycle by ensuring the client go live dates align with the availability of product and professional services to execute the strategies.Extending on this capability I have been developing programs of works for the past 4 years which include multiple technologies, engineer disciplines and timelines. These skills can easily be applied to the various solutions to help develop business plans for sales executives.Having experience in both service delivery and sales I am familiar with the challenges your technology partners and clients face and will provide advice to demonstrate why Intuit Technologies are the right partner to work with.
