Our furnishings are fashioned by craftsmen who pride themselves in producing the finest quality heirloom pieces.Responsibilities :- Record the transactions into Quickbooks software. - Checking and control every financial transaction is recorded in the right post into Quickbooks software.- Make sales summary.- Make a list of assets in the financial statements. - Record a list of Input Tax (PM) and Output Tax (PK) into e-Faktur software. - Calculation of withholding tax, VAT and corporate tax- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.- Responsible for preparing monthly and yearly Company Financial Report , both Internal and External User- Prepare financial report to the Corporate Tax Income to e-SPT software.- Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.- Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.- Prepare supporting documents for inspection and tax audits. - Review Corporate Tax Liabilities, prepare VAT Restitution and Corporate Tax Audit.- Understand Transfer Pricing (TP) Documentation- In response to a letter / email from internal and external related parties to finance.
