As a Salesforce consultant, my main roles are analysis of customer requirements and business processes and translation to technical solutions that are fulfilling requirements and improving processes. This entire process includes engagement in different discussions with customer stakeholders that are leading to the critical and strategical decisions, solutions and roadmaps, alignment with other projects, solutions and technologies, creation of detailed solutions and technical design. Also, process includes final implementation of agreed solution, coaching and managing of development teams, management of development tasks and assignments, collaboration within dynamic team of various technology specialists.

Analysis and development of complex and on-demand customer solutions (Sharepoint Intranet, Project Management, Hosting provisioning etc.). Solutions were based on Microsoft .NET platform, various JavaScript frameworks, MS SQL which helped me to extend my knowledge within these areas.

As a member of support team my responsibilities were intake of customer incidents and requests, maintenance and scheduled reviews of systems, communication with customers and alignment with tier three support team. Also, important part of the role was training of new employees in the support team.
