I have a master's degree in political science and government, and a certification in data analysis, which enable me to combine analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic vision. As the CRM Director at BUFF, a gaming platform that rewards players for their in-game achievements, I lead and manage a team of CRM professionals who are responsible for user retention, monetization, and customer support. I am driven by the mission of creating value for our users, partners, and stakeholders, and I strive to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within my department and across the organization.In my current role, I oversee the implementation of CRM strategies that align with the overall goals of the organization, working closely with the Product, BI, R&D, and Marketing teams. I am responsible for designing and executing retention and monetization campaigns, from ideation to analysis. I also manage the support team, ensuring that they provide timely and quality service to our users and that they collect and share feedback and insights to improve our product and processes.
