For over 20 years I’m in to games.Video games, TV Game Shows, cards & board games, treasure races, everything…I master all stages of game product management from concept to delivery:- Designing, and pitching strategic concepts and game vision- Creating fun and addicting user experience- Analyzing and planning features to enhance users' engagement- Solving gamification and monetization issues- Creative management of content writers and graphic designers- Working closely with marketing and salesmenStarting as a writer and game manager in prime TV game show “Wheel of Fortune”, I was involved in most successful prime time game show formats in Israel including "Who Wants to be a Millionaire", "1 Vs. 100" and “Who’s still standing” .In 2000 I was exposed to the fascinating and powerful world of digital content and video gaming.As VP content in Mars Games I became one of the pioneers of the digital games industry.When we created GOGO channel, o)ne of the world's most successful TV channels specializing in casual games for all the family) I was responsible for game design, , level design, customizing and inventing gamification concepts, special events, re-skins etc...During the years i specialized in more targeted genres : social-multi-player games(Gogo Club), Thinking games, Casino and Adults games and Pre-school game portal games.My work today with Mars includes creating digital apps for Viacom Israel TV shows specializeing in 2nd screen & social networks activities.In 2012 I joined forces with my colleague Oded Kramer and we founded i.o. formats, winning first prize in Formagination competition with our original game show Catch.Since then we have been working and creating TV formats, games and digital content.Our most exciting project is “Do Me A Favor” , a TV street game show produced with Argentina's TELEFE channel, followed by two seasons there, a season in Brazil and 90 episodes in Thailand.
