Responsible for:• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of all proposed Medium and Major Capital Projects, with an aggregate Capex of over $190MM to date. My role includes providing detailed Technical and Economic Analysis to assess the viability of each proposal and making recommendations on whether to proceed with or halt the project. In addition, I am accountable for ensuring that all projects are aligned with the organization's Strategic Business Plan, and that Project Teams abide by the Project Management System requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes monitoring compliance, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. I am proactive in identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner.• Maintaining alignment and communication with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Energy (MOE) through regular reporting, and addressing any technical inquiries and requests. This includes staying up to date with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensuring that our organization is in compliance with all applicable standards. Furthermore, I actively participate in meetings, workshops, and other events to stay informed about industry developments and to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.• Ensuring alignment and cooperation with our Joint Operation partner. This includes regular participation in technical and Strategic Planning meetings, where I work closely with representatives from both organizations to develop and implement plans that are aligned with our shared goals and objectives. I am proactive in identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that our operations are efficient, sustainable, and in compliance.

Successfully managed and executed several Major Capital Projects, with a total Capex of over $200MM. Through my leadership and expertise, I was able to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. With hands-on approach to Project Management, I was able to effectively manage the day-to-day activities of the cross-functional project team, including: coordination of resources, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met. My responsibilities included developing detailed project plans, establishing project milestones and deliverables, and ensuring that all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required Quality Standards. I was also responsible for communicating project status to all stakeholders and ensured that all project documentations were accurate and up-to-date.

I had extensive experience leading project management activities using Chevron Project Management System and executing a wide range of Small to Medium Capital Projects. I was skilled in utilizing the appropriate Project Management Development and Execution tools and processes to effectively plan, execute, and close projects. My responsibilities included: • Leading project execution risk management activities through identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the success of the project. • Leading stakeholder management activities by identifying and engaging key stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and developing effective communication plans to ensure that stakeholders were informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. I worked closely with the project team to ensure that stakeholders were satisfied with the project outcomes and that all project deliverables were met. • Developing project business cases to demonstrate how the project's value drivers supported the organization's strategies and objectives. This included analyzing project costs and benefits, assessing project risks and opportunities, and developing financial models to support the project's business case. I worked closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure that the project was aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, and that it delivered the expected benefits.

I was responsible for overseeing the entire process of planning, procuring, and installation of electrical testing equipment for a newly established Electrical Product Testing Laboratory. I developed and implemented a comprehensive training plan for a team of 14 personnel, ensuring that all staff were fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain the new equipment. I played a key role in leading the efforts to attain accreditation from the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO), and through dedication and hard work, we were able to successfully achieve this important milestone.

Hands-on experience in the installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and replacement of various instrumentation and control equipment. I worked on projects utilizing my knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. I have also been responsible for calibrating instruments and replacing equipment that has reached the end of its service life. My experience has allowed me to develop a strong skill set in this field and successfully apply it to various projects.
