    1. Continuously improved the company's ability to predictably and efficiently deliver, while R&D and Client Success grew from 3 to 25 scrum teams, and from 7 to 16 delivery teams respectively. I formed a team of Agile Project Managers which led the introduction of multi-team planning rituals such as quarterly roadmap updates and dependency mgmt meetings, eliminating duplicative work and reducing unplanned dependencies by 50%. In addition, we redesigned the delivery workflows, limited WIP and tracked flow using lean metrics, leading to a reduction of 30% in cycle time and a 60% improvement in on-time delivery of projects.2. Designed and led cross-functional strategic planning, collaboration and coordination initiatives, while business complexity grew exponentially with the product portfolio growing from 2 to 8 products and sales territories grew from 1 to 9. I led the development and project management of multiple iterations of the corporate quarterly and annual cross-functional planning process, reducing the "misalignment issues" backlog from 8 to 2/cycle. I also led several initiatives, simplifying and streamlining several gnarly cross-functional G&A processes including Software Capitalization and Procurement, reducing related overhead on core business departments by 80%.3. Envisioned and executed a “people initiatives” portfolio, enabling the company to hire and retain the best people: As the company grew from 80 to 625 people, transitioning from a B-round start-up to a post-IPO corporation. I led the refinement of the Product and Engineering career ladders, scaling of the performance review process and the design of a professional development program. In addition, I led the roll out of a Spotify-inspired organizational health survey, focusing on team health and a Google-inspired upward feedback survey improving employee sat by 40% and identifying concrete organizational improvement opportunities.
