Management of engineers focusing on applications' architecture and engineering in CRM & enterprise support area. E.g. SAP ERP, identity management (DirX, MidPoint), collaboration tools (Sharepoint, JIRA etc.) and further tailor made apps. Additionally we're dealing with demand, delivery and release management.

Management of 11 highly skilled professionals with focus on:- applications' architecture and engineering (main domain is CRM but in total approx. 100 various apps),- E2E system testing + demand, delivery and release management for the whole company.

Initiate and track the progress to ensure project milestones are completed on time, on budget and with the desired results. To achieve that it is necessary to lead the teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines. Preparation and realization of various type of projects. Analysis and preparation of proposals for sales processes improvement from IT point of view (TQM, Six Sigma etc.).

Providing continuous analysis of business demands, translating the same into tasks that can be implemented through IT systems that, based on opportunities available, fully cover specific business demands, fit the IT infrastructure and can be effectively supported. Providing regular information to business areas on business other opportunities that are not yet utilized from a process engineering point of view, embedded in various IT systems. Maintaining close collaboration with the Application Management and Development’ team in the area of project implementation.

Events and presentations management for key customers. Project administrator during the implementation of Win and Office 2000 project, Company portal implementation project manager. Responsible to prepare conceptions and case studies in following areas – IS security, customer communication, telecommunication, eLearning methods and employees learning management regarding to IT.
