After more than a decade as an active basketball player, Itay decided to turn his love for the game into a lifelong job. Itay graduated with a bachelor's degree in sports management at Ben Gurion University, and is now starting a second degree in business administration.Itay has management experience in the world of security in a secret facility of the Ministry of Defense. The position includes managing a security team and dealing with stressful situations and cooperation with various parties.Itay aspires to find a job that will give him additional knowledge in the world of sports management, dealing with problems and challenges and their solutions.Itay believes that sport is a way of life that can contribute and help everyone.
