Project Quality  Establish the Project Quality plan and ensure the proper application during contract execution in accordance to the contract requirements, and to theAlstom processes Define, deploy and maintain the Quality Management System.  Plan & Manage Internal & External audits Project Execution Controls Support the project teams mainly the PM to prepare gate reviews & follow up related action plans Report quality and safety alerts Ensure quality of the modifications made during the project Ensure that safety assessment is correctly implemented (i.e.: safety review) and prepare safety authorization. Control project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits - to authorize presentation / delivery to customer Ensure REX process within the projectMeasure and improve project quality performance: Manage Non-conformities and Safety issues and facilitate problem solving during project execution phase to reduce the costs of non-quality (8D, REX and standards evolution) Improve the efficiency of quality teams to reduce the function costs Make sure that Engineering team is included in Customer issues solving process (if needed). Participate on the capture, analysis and definition of actions to reduce Project CONQs (internal & suppliers) Insure Safety culture within the project (deploy Safety trainings, organize “Safety days”) Deploy APSYS (Quality scope) and implement necessary actions for continuous improvement Participate at the qualitative incoming inspections according to criticality of parts Participate in the analysis of project reliability/availability performance and participates on the definition and follow up of corrective and preventive actions to solve gaps between product reliability/availability and contractual or agreed targets.Monitor problem solving and follow corrective actions implementation: Manage problem solving actions by coordinating the actions of the relevant stakeholders in the project
