Process development Engineer at Color-Chip.Job includes Research and Development of new processes and delivering it to manufacturing, writing all relevant procedures and specifications, trouble shooting procedures and more. Responsible for process quality and yield (visual and characterization), as well as equipment health.Definition and purchasing of new automated machines including inspections of the machines, maintenance and training new operators and technicians. Clean room environment safety and regulations.As a process Eng. I possess a great deal of knowledge about the Micro-processor manufacturing process and Lithography process in particular.As an equipment Eng. I take care of all equipment related issues such as miss-processing, Optic issues , pneumatic issues etc. A side of the technological part of my job, I lead Yield improvement group and process improvement group, Photo-lithography group and more. And I am Working side by side with manufacturing team which carry the daily workload and Vendors which provides services for some of the production tools. My main goal is to develop my self technology wise and management wise.Specialties: Photo-Lithography, Etch, Diffusion, Ion-exchange ovens, Plasma, Clean-room environment (Safety wise and Process wise), Thin films, Task Force working mode and trouble shooting.
