• Established a high-end research infrastructure for the UCSD Interventional Psychiatry Program - a center for neuromodulatory medical devices clinical trials. This included: a neurophysiological system for both magnetic and electrical stimulation, multiple electrophysiological modalities for time-series and frequency analysis, comprehensive systems for MR imaging support (Red Hat Enterprise Linux - based data transfer, storage, and analysis), non-invasive brain-circuitry targeting systems, diagnostic metrics for behavior (task-based and ecological), facial expressions, and motion (via wristwatch), along with clinical assessments (pre-post and longitudinal design).• Develop and manage regulatory and procedural forms (ethics board, FDA investigational exemptions, developing patient electronic databases) • Recruit, train and manage personnel for collecting, analyzing and publishing neurophysiological and clinical data
