- Provide customer service on a daily basis to resolve any queries or problems reported, ensuring that the situation has been resolved accurately and satisfactorily for the customer.- Weekly select customers who need vulnerability analysis, making contact and executing the project accurately to deliver the final report.- Update the information security policy based on studies of the NIST, OWASP and ISO 27001 frameworks in order to ensure that PSI is duly in compliance with these frameworks.

- Carry out the first customer service, triaging the call according to its criticality and then resolving the doubt or providing support, resolving the problem in an assertive and satisfactory manner.- Open a ticket for an improvement suggestion indicated by the customer and carry out the first analysis, after forwarding it to the responsible sector with the complete description of the suggestion, informing the customer that the call has been escalated.- Update internal documentation by editing or creating new knowledge bases whenever a modification is necessary or a new functionality is added so that the team has the correct information when they need it.

- Monitor logs and tickets generated by Xymon (a network monitoring service), delivering a proactive service to effectively ensure customer satisfaction.- Provide customer support through various channels (telephone, email and helpdesk), understanding the requester’s issue and taking action to resolve it promptly, ensuring excellent service within the SLA deadline.- Perform administrative tasks on Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers, updating their packages monthly to maintain a secure IT system and environment for the customer.
