I worked as an engineer with the Queensland teams for IMI in the deployment of new or upgraded POS equipment to every check-out lane in every Coles Supermarket. This deployment was part of a nationwide Life-Cycle Management project. Over the course of this deployment, I came to play a pivotal role in salvaging many critical situations, often being called upon to revisit sites where problems had occurred during deployment.

Invertek are a specialist manufacturer of Variable Frequency Drives for Industrial Automation applications. Invertek created the first drive, globally, capable of delivering 200% torque at 0Hz in an open-loop configuration. At Invertek Australasia, I was responsible for taking Invertek drives and motors to market in both sell-to & sell-through avenues and for training and consulting with our primary distributor.
