As Director of IT my responsibilities are for the planning, organization and execution of all IT related functions meeting the business needs of RCI. I oversee the support and maintenance of existing applications and infrastructure as well as development of new technical solutions. I am responsible for all web infrastructure, both internal facing as well as client facing properties. I have moved our infrastructure from a traditional server based infrastructure to a more robust virtual infrastructure that has allowed for faster growth, stability and savings in operating costs. We have also leveraged VDI to allow for the ability to maintain and support local and remote desktops without the need to increase the IT staff, allowing for a more flexible work environment for our employees. This has given RCI the ability to recruit from a greater pool of talent by allowing employees to work from anywhere. Alongside the virtual infrastructure I have implemented a VOIP phone system. This has provided additional savings in telecom expenses. Remote users no longer need expensive phone lines brought into their homes, lowered cost of LD calls and gave the ability for employees working remote and internal to communicate more effectively by working on the same system.Other technology that I've worked with and implemented include: Clustered Exchange , Clustered MS Sql, MySql SharePoint Server, HA SonicWall security appliances, Linux and Windows web and file servers, VPN connections to our various locations, Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012 AD, VMWare, Meraki WIFI, Equallogic SAN, Symantec Backup Exec, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Citrix

Duties included supporting 250 desktop users, maintained servers and network and procurement of all data and telecom services and equipment. I Coordinated network move, designed network and server room in new facility. Over saw build out of space. I Worked with data and telecom vendors to ensure smooth transition
