Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Install, configure , and support IT equipment Configure software to connect to Internet application servers. Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems. Troubleshooting printer, fax and copier issues Configuration and deployment of machines for new hires. Diagnose and manage problems; perform root cause analysis Create and maintain system documentation Perform system and application troubleshooting and problem resolution Monitor, maintain, administer, and support servers and other hardware Plan and implement updates to network equipment Perform network device configuration, backup, and troubleshooting Monitor, maintain, and support network infrastructure Participate in planning, implementing, validating and running daily backupsto guarantee a functioning backup and restore strategy Perform restores to verify backup operation is functioning as expected Assist with first level of support for server hardware, operating systems, and server software Analyze, document, plan and execute server OS patching process Prepare and document repair, replacement, maintenance, and retirement of existing hardware Act as first level of support for desktop support issues requiring hands on assistance Execute work requests according to manager or client requests Effectively monitor for, troubleshoot, report, document and resolve any production related issues to maintain high system availability across system and application changes
