As a teenager, watching a documentary on the construction of Burj Khalifa prompted me to dedicate my career to the construction industry. I was amazed at what we can accomplish and create by using nature's forces against nature's forces. Today, I am an up-and-coming Site Engineer with more than 4 years’ experience in the civil construction industry, across NSW, the ACT and India. I have a diverse background on projects spanning multiple disciplines including urban development and building design, highway, and roadway design development as well as major roads and bridge projects. I am extremely passionate learning about human psychology and applying the principles to create safer work environments. I recently won the 2023 CCF Safety Champion Award for my contributions. I am passionate towards adhering to environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements. I constantly strive towards managing time and budget by undertaking cost forecasting, revenue and productivity tracking.Currently performing on the design and construction of Australia's largest weathering steel bridge, I have contributed to the completion of successful milestones on projects such as Newell Highway Program Alliance, a $318 million major roads project spanning 60 kilometres of design and construct overtaking lanes over a four-year period.If you want to reach out, please feel free to connect!
