I am a Senior Director in Work and Rewards at WTW. I have a particular focus on transaction-related reward. I have experience of working with private, listed and PE backed clients on a range of transactions, where I assess people-related deal risk, help manage successful separation, integration or listing on a public exchange and provide strategic management of key man retention. I have extensive experience in incentive arrangements (from plan design through to drafting, implementation and operation), including legal and tax compliance as well as extensive knowledge of the impact of regulatory changes and corporate governance on compensation structures including Directors' Remuneration Reporting.
