He plays an instrumental role in the end-to-end consulting, needs analysis, solution proposal, and solution delivery life cycle to ensure seamless integration, implementation, and support efforts. From 2011 to 2014, Brian held the role of Senior SharePoint Administrator and DBA within The CDM Group, driving the solution architecture, development, integration, and implementation effort. During this tenure, Brian spearheaded the transition to a re-architected SharePoint solution and migration from 2007 to 2010, then from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Brian directed efforts to establish server farms and shared SQL Server cluster resources, enable disaster recovery (DR) capabilities, and launch data warehousing (DW) solutions, as well as assist with data center environment migrations.Prior to The CDM Group, Brian served as Senior Operations Analyst within Deloitte & Touche in 24/7 production management and support for Deloitte.com, SharePoint, and Data Center environments.
