•Prepare Civil BOQs from drawings, price them, and submit them to the Estimating Manager for approval.•Review the tender documents/drawings, the scope of work, contract terms and conditions, and the technical and material specifications of items.•Identifying variations, Quantification, and preparation of new rate.•Preparation of interim payment applications for Civil Projects.•Prepare the subcontractors' payment applications and monitor costs and agreements.•Prepare estimates for the QS to obtain client/consultant approval for variations in labor and material costs.•Assist the Senior QS in drafting a final report on pre and post completion cost.•Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. •Floating inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors and getting quotes with the best prices.
