Currently working as Head of Technology for MediaKind Ltd responsible for the India Operations comprising of R&D, Services and Support functions. Also Member of the Mediakind India Board of Director. He had previously held a position of Head of Global Network Competency. Here he was responsible for Cloud Operations Support, New EngagementsPrior to Ericsson he had worked in AT&T Global Services India Pvt ltd as Director of third Party Transport deploying transport services for the AT&T Clients Globally. In this role he was responsible to designing and delivery of the Telecom services Globally for all AT&T Clients in India. He was managing Global Centers ( Bangalore , Malaysia, Slovakia, Netherlands and US. In AT&T Prior to this Role he was managing the Network and Security Service Assurance for the AT&T Global Clients from India. In this role he was managing 500+ people. Prior to AT&T he was working in IBM Global Services India Pvt Ltd Managing the Global Network and Security Competency of team Size 800+. His Team were performing Service Assurance and Service Delivery for all the Global Network and Security. Under his leadership he had enabled the India Capability to grow from zero to 800+ and being tagged as the best Global Network Centers within IBM within a period of three years. Under his leadership his team has outclassed all other Global Network Centers as he took a very strategic direction is growing his team who were technically superior to the rest of the centers. He was also the architect of the Employee skill upgrade program Called Gold Star which enabled people to choose right skill that they are good at and grow laterally. Some of the best network engineers come from his program Gold Star. Prior to IBM he had worked in Hewlett-Packard India Pvt ltd. Here was the Head of IT Managing the technology delivery both Internal HP Network and customer network. He was one one of the architects in some of the HP commercial Contracts. In HP he had had grown Laterally from Site IT Engineer, Network engineer , Network SME and Site lead prior to becoming the network head for India. HP e-global Business enablement was directly managed by him from start. In his early days he started his career as Hardware Engineer, Site Lead and IT Engineer in ABB and Wipro Fluid Power and Kirloskar. He was the chosen one to be sent for escalated cases.
