o Responsible for International hotel booking for corporate B2B client of EY travelling for business purpose.o Managing travel requirements made for business and will provide tourism related services and hotel customized packages as per client’s requirement.o Handling different roles in company such as Sales, Operations, Post Sales, customer Service, etc. o Documented all customer inquiries and comments thoroughly and quickly.o Processed Bill to Company payments rapidly and accurately.o Coordinated between billing department and customers to resolve problems.o Coordinating with the hotel and making a contract between the two parties.o Handling group reservations and contacting the hotel for the group rates.o Contacting hotel’s account department for the commission.o Providing the Business Corporate rate to the client.o Taking care of all the EY escalation.

o The role is to providing the customer service over the call regarding the query of passenger related to their flight plus hotel booking and work on the same to respond back to client. o Cancellations and refund processing.o Creating a Manual booking in Galileo for Flight incase the booking is not confirmed on the website.o Contacting the hotel for the booking re-confirmation.o Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers. o Ensure maximum conversion of quotes into bookings.
