Fraser Murray’s current professional role is working as an Account Manager for Valour Holdings, a company that completes Eco4 retrofit projects across the UK in domestic properties - supported by the British government.In his recent academic life, Fraser has recently completed an MSc in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages with a specialism in Assessment & Evaluation. He studied his Masters of Science degree at the University of St. Andrews and graduated in 2024.The dissertation topic that Murray researched surrounded the role that artificial intelligence plays in automated language testing systems used widely to grade speakers of English as a foreign language. This MSc degree has helped Fraser to better understand a large part of his professional life working as a language teacher internationally through practice informed research at one of the finest universities in the UK. Fraser has also been given opportunity to work at the University of St. Andrews as an Associate Lecturer of Academic English at the International Education Institute on completion of his degree.In Fraser's earlier academic and professional life, he worked as a theatre & film professional in a variety of capacities in London (UK) and Upstate New York (USA). Fraser completed drama school training at Rose Bruford (London drama school) & Syracuse University within the College of Visual & Performing Arts (USA drama school). To support Fraser in gaining entry to these prestigious schools, he attended the Young Actors Studio at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama to help prepare himself for international conservatoire training.
