Responsible for training, escalations, process development, and customer retention. My job is to support the 600 plus windows desktops and laptops their users and the basic use of the massive library of applications. A lot of PC repair, Active Directory Users & Computers administration, and minor network troubleshooting.

I Installed and configured VMware hosts supporting the security systems. Installed and configured wireless access points and switches replacing older equipment. Set up permissions, profiles, and shared folders for a file storage server upgrade from older Novell systems to Active Directory.

IT Vocational training in basic computer repair,Windows implementation, network infrastructure, and server management. After school I worked an internship under Mark Ganser, the head of Information Technology at AVTEC both training and production IT. I installed a storage area network and the fail-over cluster of two Windows 2012 virtual machine hosts it supported. Reconfigured server rack, ran cable, configured Cisco switch configurations. The last project was installing and configuring the entire core and distribution layer switches to support ten gigabit per second networking.
