Lead group Kaizan projects to increase efficiency, quality, and 5-S of production areas.Conduct time studies to use load leveling to distribute workload and find unneeded non-cyclical work that could be removed to increase productivity.Audit lean improvements at 30, 60, and 90 intervals to verify maintained productivity increase from Kaizan projects.Preform monthly 5-S audits of plant departments to verify areas were organized, clean, and all procedures to maintain organization were being followed.

Assembly of Fuel and Brake line clusters.Quality checks using poke-yoke for machine, as well as, using piece gages to verify tubing form and fit.Assist with new model launch of Honda Pilot vehicle gas and brake lines, spending time with builder to create an easy to use, ergonomic assembly table for fast-paced production.
