- Project: AI Platform- Lead a team of 15+ engineers including Backend, Frontend, AI Engineers. - Techstack: Python, FastAPI, Django, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, Kubeflow, MinIO, SeaWeedFS, Spark, H2O.- Research and development an AI Platform support CRISP-DM phases:+Labeling Platform: Label from raw data (Text, Image,...), manage annotator's KPI,...+ H2O, Kubeflow: MLOPS: Training, Evaluation data, Pipeline, Model management, serving AI services by K8s, Triton servers,...+ Jarvis API gateway: (10M requests/day) Develop and serve AI models including NLP, Vision, LLM,... in multi GPU hardware, support predict both online and offline.+ Working with BA, Directors, requesters,.. to collect requirements, make plans and design whole system of AI Platform.Our team also research and development AI models to support GHTK's business logic:+ NLP (Natural Language Processing): Analyze a vast array of text data, including over 1M chat messages per day, 100M product categorization, analyze 300K messages error logs per day, apply LLM to summary text, chat, documents,... help customer service interactions and significantly enhances our in-house business processes.+ Vision: We emphasize various applications in Vision technology such as detecting driver distractions in the cabin (200 trucks), extract information from images to verify packages during COD transactions (2M images/day).

- Project: Saiyan - Goku- Team size: 5+ members. - Designed and implemented a Performance Monitor System, providing real-time insights and proactive alerts for performance issues. (Slow query, database issues, access log, error log,...) of all GHTK systems (1000+ physical servers, 100+ databases, 700M requests/day)Tracing performance issues, finding and resolving performance bottlenecks, ensuring system stability.- A key member of DBA team (Database Administrator): Database optimization, review all actions performed in company's database. (20+TB data, 4000+ tables)- Stress test, periodically evaluate performance for each project, suggest optimize strategy.- Research, training new technologies related to High Performance and User Experience.

- Project: WMS (Warehouse Management System)- Role: Team leader, design whole system, database, flow, code core module - Team size: 5+ members.- Tech stack: Python Django, Flask, VueJS, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Celery Task, MQTT,…- Warehouse Management Systems:+ Control sorting devices in GHTK's warehouse system (WCS, PLC, Crossbelt, sensors,...)+ API business logic with response time < 100ms, real-time statistics data in led and mobile screens.+ Management report data: Sorting data, warehouse statistics data, sorting plan,…+ Data SYNC system: Two-way data synchronization between warehouse and GHTK Data center.+ The number of messages processed: 30M/day ~350 msg/s (Kafka), Peak CCU: 3000 users, near real-time statistical warehouse data.
