IT Niche is a on-site and off-shore web application development company. I launched this company in 2002 as my third start up after successfully starting GoldCane Technologies, StaffTeam, SoluSoft. IT Niche did and does resource augmentation for large corporate clients in Memphis, TN to the likes of Service Master, FedEx, First Tenneessee Bank etc. However the main focus of company from past 3 years has been product development for Internet use. IT Niche takes small business on-line with custom web sites providing over 20+ applications which IT Niche clients can use and integerate to their site. IT Niche own No. 1 website for Indian living in Memphis (Plans for taking memphismantra.com) to different cities and achieve highest possible click ratio for a given niche market are underway. IT Niche is also going to launch e-appartment and e-churches two application which are currently in beta phase to take faith based entities and rental agencies online. IT Niche can provide custom web implementation, SEO, Social Media marketing. We are currently operating from Hyderabad, India and Memphis, TN with plans to open offices in 4 countries and 5 US states by June 2010.

My roles was to manage the FedEx relationship of the company, get off-shore resources and architect resource augmentation, project executions and widening the scope of both service offerings of company and delivery capabilities.
