Assisted in preparation and review of standard operating procedures for training of Zenta staff. Prepared audit plan to ensure Zenta's work was in accordance with GAAP as well as DCT standard operating procedures and control environment. Primary property accounting liaison between DCT and independent auditors with successful completion of audits and reviews of DCT and their joint ventures. Assisted in preparation and review of quarterly CAM recovery revenue analysis for DCT operating portfolio of 350+ properties.
