Synthesizer is the first accelerator program of its kind for independent musicians. We empower musicians with commercial tools and produce industry savvy artists that know how to strategise for their own success. The methodology of the program is built around the start up accelerator model with adjustments made for success in the music industry. For three months accepted participants meet in intensive weekly group sessions and learn how to push their music career forward independently. Through these workshops, lectures, mentor partnerships, as well as community support from other participants, musicians learn how to implement the key essentials of audience and career growth in the music business.

Held for the 62nd consecutive year, the Israel Festival is a staple of Israel’s cultural calendar and for years has set the gold standard for artistic excellence in Israel in general and Jerusalem in particular. A perennial spirit of regeneration and curiosity propels the entire organization to acts of precision, thoughtful exploration, and learning, making the festival a world-renowned event. Every year, the festival program comprises existing or original works in an extraordinarily broad range of artistic and stage disciplines, showcasing new artistic trends and stage languages as well as outstanding classical pieces. Alongside and through this artistic excellence, the festival champions understanding, tolerance and multiculturalism, and serves as a professional platform for an encounter and a dialogue. Over 35,000 people visit the festival each year, and tens of thousands are exposed to the ripples of its activity throughout Israel.

Founded in 2015, the International Jerusalem Jazz Festival is one of Israel’s most beloved musical event. Taking place in the splendid art galleries and inspiring sculpture garden of the Israel Museum, the festival features the world and Israel’s leading Jazz artists, presenting original productions, premieres, global-local collaborations, pop-up improvisations and artist talks. Under the artistic direction of world-renowned trumpeter Avishai Cohen, the artistic program reflects the whole gamut of contemporary jazz, from supersonic and free jazz, through big band arrangements to video-live, hip hop and groove.

These and many others come to see, hear, and experience a taste of the Israeli music scene.
