Responsibilities: In-charge of daily operational task (systems and product wise) of Infox-AAA (Radius Server),IPCC and CRBT Servers for Visafone Nigeria Project Carried out the maintenance of the Huawei Infox-AAA, IPCC and CRBT server (Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) on the Visafone Nigeria Network. Support Visafone Data team in resolving data related issues. Support Visafone Customer care team in resolving call center related issues.  Support Visafone VAS team in resolving VAS related issues.  Provide technical support to the Visafone IT team IPCC related issues.SPECIALIZATIONS, SKILLS AND STRENGTHS Good knowledge of Sun Cluster system using Solaris. Sun Solaris commands and applications General UNIX commands and applications Excellent knowledge in general administration of Linux environment. Highly Knowledgeable in GSM and CDMA technology. Database Technologies management -Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Operating Systems like Windows XP and Server 2003, Languages like Transact-SQL, PL/SQL, HTML Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office application such as Ms Excel,Word,Power Point, Visio etc

- Development and formulation of roll-out strategy for new data products.- Program Management of all Data projects as approved by Management. This typically involves generating service specifications, service development, business process design and implementation, marketing communications development through to service launch.- Work in conjunction with pricing unit in the preparation of financial business case for all products, in order to ascertain the financial viability of all Data projects, and to ensure that all launched products meet expected margins.- Ensure that launched Data product meet quality assurance as well as revenue assurance standards.- Source for vendors and oversee implementation of platforms and solutions for data services.- Report on product performance, development of promos and campaigns to stimulate data services uptake.- Present new products and services ideas to Visafone’s management for concurrence.- Conduct trainings on new data products for new and existing staff members.- Motivate team and ensure unit’s deliverables are met.
