A subject matter expert in RFID & label data management, design or re-reengineer processes within garment manufacturing process aim to streamline and shorten their production lead-time by incorporating our self-label printing solution (IPP) into their manufacturing process. Project managed and led RFID implementation projects with major US retail brands aimed to help them unlock RFID benefits such 90%+ inventory accuracy. Initiated and led projects with global cross-functional teams aimed to improve change management, productivity and automate manual processes.

Built & led 3 functional teams with 15+ Information Technology (IT) professionals. Responsible for client onboarding and system integrations to our label solution for over 30+ US retail and sportwear brands. Enhanced the overall team performance efficiency and effectiveness by introducing agile project management, formalizing IT and Operation Standard Operating Procedures for all teams. Developed training programs to quickly on-board new team members; and setting expectations to team members for clear performance achievement measurement.

Led a team of engineers and business analyst to build label printing solution that generate billions of RFID labels annually across 18+ different production locations globally. Participated in various internal/external system integration projects, responsible for ETL processing aimed to refine datasets used for label printing and responsible for technical specification documentation for the development teams.

Collaborated with engineers to design & develop an label printing solution for production deployed globally. Automated order processing, designed & developed an EDI solution and low-code ETL interface (any-to-any format) that digested (500mb+) EDI messages daily and transformed them to label orders for major US/EU fashion brands. Participated in design, development and implementation of an B2B labeling solution and created technical specification documentation.
