Responsible for client onboarding and system integrations to our label solution for over 30+ US retail and sportwear brands. Enhanced the overall team performance efficiency and effectiveness by introducing agile project management, formalizing IT and Operation Standard Operating Procedures for all teams. Developed training programs to quickly on-board new team members; and setting expectations to team members for clear performance achievement measurement.

Participated in various internal/external system integration projects, responsible for ETL processing aimed to refine datasets used for label printing and responsible for technical specification documentation for the development teams.

Automated order processing, designed & developed an EDI solution and low-code ETL interface (any-to-any format) that digested (500mb+) EDI messages daily and transformed them to label orders for major US/EU fashion brands.
