Lead Project Manager/Business Project Manager/ Agile Delivery Manager
CurrentAs a Lead Project Manager/ Business Project Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and guiding the successful delivery of projects which includes a mix of strategic leadership, coordination, and execution with Vendor TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), Uk, England. Strong ability to balance technical and business priorities focusing more on the overall execution and ensures alignment with business goals and processes.Responsible for NEST D&I - Data and Insights delivery of the program. Project Planning and Strategy: - Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. - Set clear project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.- Allocate resources efficiently and manage budgets. - Develop business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, and ROI projections. - Align the project objectives with the organisation’s business strategy.Stakeholder Engagement (Business Focus): - Collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and objective - Act as a bridge between NEST and TCS - the business side and the technical/project delivery teams. - Communicate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance and lessons learned.Requirements Gathering: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical requirements.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.- Ensure team members have clear roles and responsibilities.
