My responsibilities include:• Doing bone marrow transplant of Thalassemia, Aplastic Anemia cases.• Managing Endocrine, Cardiac and other complications.• Providing medical care to the Thalassemia sick children. • Preparing children for bone marrow transplants.• Taking care of different complications post/pre bone marrow transplant. • Guiding parents, family and guardians of the children so that necessary care is taken.• Supervise/mentor junior doctors and also giving advice as and when necessary.• Teaching post graduate students of FCPS/MCPS/DCH/MD Pediatric medicine in P.I.M.S.
