I started my professional career in the Royal Navy at 16 years of age experiencing and enjoying my role as an HR Administrator whilst travelling the world. In addition to this I covered the fire fighters during Op Fresco, and worked as a boarding party team member intercepting pirates distributing drugs in the Mediterranean.After leaving the Royal Navy I became a door man and worked alongside this in various security roles, this was a role that I enjoyed but I did not see my long term future in.After struggling to find a job that I love I went in to recruitment hoping to help people find a job that THEY love and realising it is the career for me.I have enjoyed a successful career as a recruiter mainly in the Information Technology sector for SME's and also global organisations, and also working my local temporary market. After 8 years of recruitment experience I decided to start my own consultancy working across a variety of sectors. I enjoy engaging with people and I find it very easy to build and maintain excellent relationships with both clients and candidates.This is made easier by offering a professional and transparent service for my clients and candidates.Major clients that I have successfully worked with include: Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Intel (Mcafee), DELL, VISA, ExxonMobil and General Electric.
