To oversee the fit out of 4050 Desks in new building & decom of old locations which have been exited.Role overview:Manage the 2 Project Streams & the 2 coordinators and teamsCreate/Agree deployment plan and approach with the relevant stakeholdersProduce all required reporting (Exec Summaries, Project Status , change summaries, Delay Summaries updates, Financial Summaries)Assist with Creation of Project Documentation (Trackers/Checklists/Deployment Process/End User Communication)Manage the major Issus impact Deployment/Removal Project and work with Client/Supplier leads to resolve.Manage Major Risks and Issues & FinancialsSingle Point of Contact for Changes (Scope/ Additional Activities)Manages Staffing Levels based on ActivitiesManage any exceptions to the standard processCommunication to Operational Teams (CSD)Liaise with PMs on the UAT Testing Schedule

Main role: To deliver a new IT common platform in a new building, which brought together various Close Brothers businesses including Retail, Asset, and Premium Finance. Gather all IT requirements from the business including hardware, software and further specialist requirements. Build a comprehensive asset database required for structured deployment to staff as scheduled.

Main role - Manage multiple customer facing projects for the implementation of infrastructure and services eg data centre migrations, virtualisation migrations and technical refreshes, IT transformations and managed service transitions.Work closely (face to face) with the client on projects from proposal to project sign-off with a collaborative approach towards project management for fast effective results.

Delivery of multiple projects in the Service Delivery Team for Lloyds Verde on a major banking change programme for 2012 and 2013 and now 2014Verde represents a Government dictated UK bank separation initiative.Delivering high quality highly specialist results on a very strict timeline.

Project Management and interfacing between the business and IT to manage the relationship for the Fusion global project.

Working with Board and Executive members of Barclays, supporting their IT requirements in the Barclays Head Office London.
