Systems Experience Analyst - Product And Project Support
T-Mobile Hq
Utilizing Agile SCRUM and POPM training, I supported three teams responsible for managing the customer and employee experience of systems related to financing, payments, collections, and reverse logistics. I worked through ambiguity, developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the usability of T-Mobile systems. I collaborated with other cross-functional teams to make sure all stakeholders were updated on new developments and project statuses.Role Accomplishments:· Provided Agile support for three digital teams covering internal and external systems for payments, collections, financing, and reverse logistics. · One of four architects of a nationwide payment system that reduced the need to speak to a live person, saving the company $10 million in annual labor costs and increasing revenue by adding a live agent payment fee.· Identified new project requirements to remediate customer pain points through satisfaction surveys and facilitating feedback workshops with frontline employees.· Identified an API issue where external vendor sales were improperly recorded and trended to accumulate $250,000 in quarterly losses. Coordinated internal teams to work with liaisons for Costco, Best Buy, and Apple to solve the issue.· Contributed to creating a device buy-back program that would generate $300 million over 5 years.· Resolved more than 100 monthly help desk tickets as the sole resource for multiple systems,
