Together with my fellow directors, managing all (financial) affairs in relation to assets held. Amongst others, our investment areas comprise of real estate, growth capital and healthcare.

Level A signatory/proxyholder for TMF Netherlands B.V. and acting as personal director for approximately 40 Dutch legal entities serviced by TMF.In this position managing a team of 20 persons consisting of Legal Officers, Accounting Officers and Account Assistants with a total portfolio of around 130 clients, most of which acting as Holding and Finance companies active in a wide variety of industries.Focus areas comprised of the following:- international (re)structuring (mergers and acquisitions), financing, capex, FX transactions, derivatives, licensing activities, transfer pricing, bond issuances, derivatives, etc. All in close cooperation with notaries, lawyers, tax advisors and/or auditors - coordinate, plan and review the compilation of (consolidated) Dutch GAAP and IFRS financial statements for small, medium- and large-size holding, finance and real estate companies (including Global 500 companies) and audit assistance related thereto- plan and deliver medium- and long-term client targets within the set scope- attending and actively participating in client board meetings either as board member or representing TMF as corporate director or as service provider- client relationship management and business development- monitoring compliance with company by-laws, corporate governance (ESG) and all legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements in the Netherlands, amongst others, annual filings with the trade register, corporate income tax and VAT filings, Dutch Central bank reporting, KYC, bank compliance matters, etc. - supervising, coaching and appraisal of team members on high standard productivity and quality performance- preservation of good standing of assigned clients by financial analysis of client entities and focus on industry within they operate- identifying fiscal opportunities and threats and notifying client and external advisers where necessary
