• Managed to develop a model (with almost 88% F1 score) for the quantification of total viable bacteria (TVB) found in microscopic images of swab samples and poultry rinsate, making use of attention gates in conjunction with the U-Net architecture. Results which required 24-48 hours through conventional methods could now be obtained in a matter of minutes• Utilized a Temporal Memory Attention Network architecture together with historical 5 channel satellite imagery for land-use classification and crop (Soya) detection tasks on Brazilian agricultural fields, gathering insights into the amount of yearly harvest• Built an ML Ops pipeline using W&B to automate model training’s and evaluations reports using jobs and launch’s, simultaneously keeping track of datasets, model weights and hyperparameters, cutting down end to end times by 50%• Developed and maintained a production infrastructure that enabled the training and deployment of models at scale, resulting in improved operational efficiency
