Project Manager /Program Management• Product definition and delivery, working with design, strategy and other teams to create a compelling vision• Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys• Provide insights into product/business and technology• Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps• Gather and manage product/process feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools• Setup of information architecture and prototype designs with designer and developers• Own end-to-end product cycle• Optimize value and cost of product development• Creates and represents strategic product roadmaps to management and alliance partners.• Makes critical decisions regarding product lifecycle (e.g. phase-out).• Has authority on packaging, obsolescence of more than one product• Able to lead the development of Software, digital products, going through SDLC developments phases.• Proven track record with real business impact• The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines• The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving• A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition• Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
