• Responsible for the Inspection of the Precast Elements in different stages offabrication & Prepare their checklist.• Inspect and approve incoming materials.• Initiate material submittal MIR for inspection.• Preparation of submitting WIR for inspection.• Daily monitoring & inspection of field fabrication works to ensure they meetas per approved drawings• Raise Non-conformances and identify the root cause, follow for close out ofNCR, corrective action for rectification works and establish process to avoidrecurring non-conforming items• Generating Observation reports & Surveillance reports to activities notconforming to project.• Develop forms/checklists for QAQC activities.•Examine products and materials for deviations or defects such as Cracks,porosity or misalignment from specifications before sent to site.• Reviewing & maintaining all the QA/QC files related to assignments for registering & tracking records.• Field and off-site inspections (material & executed work)• Field and off-site testing (material & executed works)• Daily monitoring & inspection of field fabrication works.• Solving the Quality Problems with regular audits of the Fabricationprocesses and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.• Examine products and materials for deviations or defects such as Cracks,porosity or misalignment from specifications.• Develop forms/checklists/flowcharts for QA/QC activities• NTD testing for welding and Coating Inspection• Supervise on-site operations, ensuring Production and quality standards.

• Oversee compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC, and Plumbing systems andother related activities as per the scope of the project.• Conduct thorough inspections, including visual assessments, measurements, and functional tests, to ensure proper installation,alignment, and functionality of mechanical equipment.• Maintain detailed records of inspections as per WIR/ RFI, tests, and non-conformities.• Participate in quality audits and reviews, ensuring that mechanical systemsmeet established quality standards and requirements depends on theproject progress or as per PQP.• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues, and provide guidance.• Inspect materials, components, and equipment for compliance with projectspecifications and quality standards before installation. (Skids, piping,valves, motor pumps etc)• Investigate and address non-conformities, discrepancies, or deficienciespromptly. Propose and implement corrective actions to resolve qualityissues.• Conduct final inspections of mechanical systems before handover to verifycompletion and compliance with project specifications• Check the material used for installation as approved, correct type and size• Check the installation as per approved shop drawing & specification.• Check bedding course performed as per project specification• Check the pipes & fittings are aligned and correct type & size• Check the elevation, slope and orientation are correct by co- ordinating with surveyor• Check the joints are made correctly prior to start of leak test & check protection, and provide plugs at open ends prior to testing• Check warning tape are provided• Shop Drawing preparation for all inspection of material deliveries, storage and handling.• Installation of Domestic Water DistributionPiping System (below and above ground).• Testing and Inspection the pipe insulation
