- Responsible for achieving growth objectives across the company level- Innovate new ideas and services as well as setting up partnerships in order to enrichthe platform and its customers' interactions- Design new means of users acquisition and retention programs as well as putting inplace a loyalty program to provide additional value for OLX users- Responsible for deciding, executing and analysing all Marcom and PR activitiesincluding; TVCs, events, social media and PR, from start to end- Represent OLX in all public policy & governmental affairs initiatives and discussions

- Designing pioneering products catering to the dynamic SME & SOHO segment. - Designing the first SOHO specific tariff in the market. - Creating promotions to help boost sales towards the company’s strategy. - Agreeing partnerships with various companies to provide exclusive offers to our customer base. - Managing the authorized agents and sales force upselling Orange products to various B2B clients.

- Analyzing the market needs and gaps to create new tariffs and promotions for the postpaid segment.- Pre/Post launch analysis to enhance current products and improve sales.- Dealing with different communication and advertising agencies to launch full fledged campaigns. - Responsible for the content available and communicated at the different sales channels and in the various media outlets. - Responsible for managing and giving training to representatives of the different sales channels.- Handling the packing and distribution of the products.
