The Transformational Teaching Fellowship offers a pathway for teachers to keep getting better toward advancing the learning and leadership of children growing up in low-income communities. As a part of this program, I worked at a low-income private school. I was Responsible for improving students' academic performance, overlooking school operations, and mentoring teachers and staff members in high school.1. Taught Grades 8-10, with a 25% increase in math and science within a year amid the COVID pandemic.2. Developed a school development plan to ensure the seamless functioning of operations, systematic tracking of students' academic progress, and well-being, and monitoring of access and attendance3. Instructed a large class of Grade 7 (50 students) to achieve a 71% proficiency in Math, with 35% improvement over two years, as assessed by a standardized state and independent evaluation organization.2. Trained student body with leadership qualities to organize school events, monitor cleanliness, assess student performance, and analyze academic data.3.
