●Steered NBA team relationships with Meta, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube to push NBA teams and their players to engage with these respective platforms. ● Architected team usage of building the NBA’s Virtual Content Factory, a centralized production planning and asset management platform for the NBA and all 30 teams to collaborate on productions and access each other’s footage efficiently. 337 distribution requests came in from ESPN, TNT, NBATV and dozens of other broadcast partners to license content from the Virtual Content Factory.●Helped teams onboard more than 700 current and former NBA players and more than 10,000 NBA fans onto the platform Greenfly, a content sharing platform that can turn anyone into a content contributor. 967 new pieces of content were created on NBA and team platforms from submissions such as fan reactions to watching buzzer beater wins, players sharing home lives and workout routines, etc.●Conducted weekly content showcase call with all 30 teams to spotlight top performing longform content and brainstorm ways for teams to keep improving.
