I hold a degree in Business Administration and postgraduate in HR management.Besides have worked in different sectors, I have experience in both large and small companies which have helped me to understand that however the company is, the employees are the main resource of it. What is more, I have realised that success comes when the work environment is good and when the employees enjoy with what they are doing.In addition, the education I have received gives me so many values and skills which I really believe that they are useful in any job, such as, the capability of helping others, team working and the spirit of commitment and sacrifice.
